Why do all our class names start with "BE"? We believe that movement helps you connect with yourself, allowing you to BE fully in the moment. Explore our variety of Pilates, Yoga, HIIT and Mobility classes offering something for every body and every level. All our classes are taught in English.

BElates (Pilates x Barre)
Our signature BElates session is a dynamic fusion of Pilates and barre. This sculpting session improves strength, flexibility and posture, creating a balanced and strong body.
Pilates focuses on controlled movements that originate from your core. Barre, inspired by ballet, incorporates small, precise movements to build strength, improve posture, and enhance balance.
Suitable for all levels, and also challenging for all levels.

BElates Sculpt
In BElates Sculpt, we fuse barre and Pilates-inspired movements with added resistance, using weights, resistance bands, blocks, and balls.
Feel every pulse and hold, fully focused as your muscles work, shake, and strengthen with precision.
This energizing, results-driven class leaves you stronger, more defined, and completely engaged.

Yoga
Experience the calming and rejuvenating power of yoga at The Garden Studio. Each class invites you to connect deeply with your breath and body.
BEflow (Vinyasa level 1 & 2)
This is our feel good yoga session! In this vinyasa class you flow from one movement to another using your breath. Starting with dynamic poses, the class gradually flows into a deeply relaxing finish.
Beflow level 1 is accesible to all levels. Beflow level 2 is perfect for you if you have been practicing yoga regularly, can follow the teachers from their verbal cues, and want to explore more difficult yoga poses.
BEhatha (Slow & deep flow)
Slow down and tune into the deeper layers of your body with BEhatha yoga. This class emphasizes conscious movement, deep stretches, and intentional flow. Allow yourself the time and space to listen to your body and find inner peace in each pose.

BEyin (candle light / sound bath)
While you take deep, mindful breaths, you sink into a state of rest and feel the yin energy flow through your body, leaving you completely relaxed. This session targets the deepest tissues as you rest in long-hold poses, allowing tension to melt away.
By the end of your practice, you’ll notice the calm and peace you’ve created in both mind and body.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
Get ready to ignite your energy and push your limits with our exhilarating HIIT workout sessions. These high-energy workouts are designed to leave you feeling stronger, fitter, and more alive!
BEshaped (HIIT)
Short, fierce and hotter than hell. An electrifying 45-minute HIIT session that pushes your strength, stamina, and lung apacity to the max. Through bursts of high-intensity bodyweight and cardio exercises, you'll feel your heart race, muscles fire, and energy soar.
No fluff, just 45 minutes of pure, results-driven intensity that leaves you stronger, fitter, and unstoppable.
BEsculpt (HIIT x weights)
We take things further in HITT X weights, a spicy fusion of cardio and strength training.
During the various strength exercises you will come across kettlebells, barbells, a balance ball, a pull up bar, bands and more.
You'll push hard, stay fully focused, and feel completely alive. Your heart racing, muscles firing and strength building with every move. While the afterburn keeps your body working long after the class ends.
