Our Classes

Why do all our class names start with "BE"? We believe that movement helps you reconnect with yourself, allowing you to simply BE in the moment. Explore our variety of classes offering something for every body and every level. All our classes are taught in English. 

Yoga

Experience the calming and rejuvenating power of yoga at The Garden Studio. Our sessions nurture both body and mind, leaving you with a sense of peace and vitality. Whether in our tranquil garden on beautiful days or in our cozy indoor space, each class invites you to connect deeply with your breath and body.

BEflow (Vinyasa level 1 & 2)

This is our feel good yoga session! In this vinyasa class you flow from one movement to another using your breath. Starting with dynamic poses, the class gradually flows into a deeply relaxing finish.

Beflow level 1 is accesible to all levels. Beflow level 2 is a great option for intermediate to advanced yogi's. 

BEhatha (Slow and deep flow)

Slow down and tune into the deeper layers of your body with BEhatha. This class emphasizes conscious movement, deep stretches, and intentional flow. Allow yourself the time and space to listen to your body and find inner peace in each pose.

BEyin

This session targets the deepest tissues of the body as you rest in long-hold poses. While you take a deep rest you feel the yin energy in your body and feel completely relaxed. After this practice you will observe the peace you have created in your own mind and body.

BElates (Pilates x Barre)

Our studio's signature session is a dynamic fusion of Pilates and Barre.

BElates brings you a challenging yet graceful workout. This session is designed to sculpt and strengthen your body while improving flexibility and posture. With movements inspired by the precision of Pilates and the elegance of barre, you'll feel toned, balanced, and empowered.

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

Get ready to ignite your energy and push your limits with our exhilarating HIIT workout sessions. These high-energy workouts are designed to leave you feeling stronger, fitter, and more alive!

BEshaped (HIIT)

Short, intense and hotter than hell – there’s no messing about with BE-shaped. In just 45 minutes of solid HIIT training, you’ll test your lung capacity and strength. We perform a range of bodyweight exercises in bursts of 45 seconds. There are no repeat exercises, so there is no reason to slack! This is the no-nonsense way to experience quick results!

BEsculpt (HIIT x weights)

Take your HIIT workout to the next level with BEsculpt, where we combine high-intensity cardio with strength training. From kettlebells to barbells, balance balls to resistance bands, this class will keep you moving, burning, and sculpting long after you’ve finished.
