Our Classes

Why do all our class names start with 'BE'? We believe that moving helps you to forget and allows you to just.. BE yourself. It feels amazing to connect with your body and BE in the present. Join our sessions yourself to experience the feeling!


Experience the magic of yoga as it gently nurtures your body and mind, leaving you with a sense of peace and vitality. Join our classes at the Garden Studio and discover the joy of being present in every breath and movement. If the weather is beautiful, yoga sessions take place in our gorgeous garden!

BEflow (level 1 & 2)

This is our feel good yoga session! In this vinyasa class you flow from one movement to another using your breath. Our vinyasa sessions start with dynamic yoga motions that flow into a very relaxing ending of the class. 

Beflow level 1 is accesible to all levels. Beflow level 2 is a great option for intermediate to advanced yogi's. 


Focus on the internal experience of your movements. You move slowly, consciously and with intention. You will find deep stretches and slow flows. In this session you get the space and time to listen to your body. 


Student in yoga class

This session targets the deepest tissues of the body as you rest in long-hold poses. While you take a deep rest you feel the yin energy in your body and feel completely relaxed. After this practice you will observe the peace you have created in your own mind and body.


BElates (Pilates x Barre)

This signature The Garden Studio class will give you a great workout.

Embrace the grace of a dancer and the core strength of a gymnast as you flow through poses designed to challenge both major and minor muscles. This sculpting session not only enhances your strength, flexibility, and posture but promises a super enjoyable experience!"


High Intensity interval training (HIIT)

Get ready to ignite your energy and push your limits with our exhilarating HIIT sessions. Experience the thrill of a high-intensity workout that'll leave you feeling stronger, fitter, and more alive!


Short, intense and hotter than hell – there’s no messing about with BE-shaped. In just 45 minutes of solid HIIT training, you’ll test your lung capacity and strength. We perform a range of bodyweight exercises in bursts of 45 seconds. There are no repeat exercises, so there is no reason to slack! This is the no-nonsense way to experience quick results!


We take things further in HITT X weights. In this session we always work from a cardio exercise to a strength exercise. During the various strength exercises you will come across kettlebells, barbells, a balance ball, a pull up bar, bands and more. Because of the added strength element you will continue to afterburn, even long after the training.

Mobility class

In this class, we'll explore a range of exercises and stretches designed to improve flexibility, strength, and mobility in your hips, legs, and feet. Whether you're an athlete looking to enhance your performance, someone seeking relief from daily aches and pains, or simply eager to move more freely, this class is for you.
