This is your summer reset in the heart of Vienna. Underneath the flickering leaves of our hidden garden, we invite you to a week of joyful movement, connection and summer rituals.

The retreat takes place in our Garden in the 6th district. We will be accompanied by those deep summer sensations; the warmth in the air, the sounds of the garden, the feeling of time stretching just a little wider than usual.

The retreat offers a week-long journey with curated experiences leading to that sparkly feeling of summer joy.

A Spark Of Summer Retreat

Summer Evening Ritual: Flow into Stillness
The opening evening sets the tone and intention for our retreat. We move into the soft magic of a summer night that holds you while you return to your own center. This evening is about remembering the feeling of being fully inside yourself, through intention setting and through flowing movement into stillness.

Choose your Joy: 4 classes from our full schedule

Across the week, you are invited to choose 4 classes from our full schedule. You chose the classes your body is asking for, whether that's grounding Yin, energizing Pilates, powerful HIIT, or flowing yoga. It becomes an intentional act of listening: What lifts your energy and brings you a spark of joy for that moment?

Wild Summer!: Rhythmic movement & Ice Bath Release

The final part of the retreat brings everything together and invites you to a slightly wild, fully honest experience! After days of opening, noticing, and refining your inner signal, this session is where it all lands. The energy you’ve built, the things you’ve let go of express into a spark of joy. And then comes the finale: the ice bath.

Your spark of Summer Kit

Waiting for you on the first evening is a collection of thoughtful objects and rituals to accompany you throughout the week. Small reminders to pause, reflect, and carry the feeling of summer beyond the studio.

Flexible dates and times. You are able to chose 4 sessions from our regular schedule. We recommend using the sessions during your Summer Spark journey week. If you can't finish the sessions during this week, you can use the credits over the course of 30 days after the retreat.
